# Audit logs

> See who changed what in your workspace, and when.

When a key is deleted or a run is canceled, you want to know who did it. Audit logs record every change made in the workspace from the console, with the person who made it and the time.

Audit logs come with the Business plan. Admins and the owner can read them.

## Recorded actions

| Target | Changes recorded |
| - | - |
| Workspace | Created, changed |
| Membership | Invitation sent, accepted, or rejected. Role changed. Member removed. Member left. |
| Project | Created, changed, secret rotated |
| API key | Created, changed, deleted |
| Webhook | Created, changed, secret rotated |
| Alert | Created, changed, deleted |
| Run | Replayed, canceled |
| Export | Requested |

Each entry shows the person, the action (create, update, or delete), the target, and what happened, like `Deleted API key`.

What your app does through the API, like starting runs or emitting events, isn't in the audit logs: it shows in your [runs](https://docs.nelkap.com/monitor/runs.md) and [events](https://docs.nelkap.com/triggers/events.md#event-history).

## Search

The latest changes come first. Filter them by person, by action, by target, or by period, from the last hour to the last 30 days.

## Retention

Entries are kept for 15 days, like the history of your runs on the Business plan.
